Some standard monthly reports include balance sheets, statement of operations, trial balances, general ledgers, journal entries, a management fee invoice, bank reconciliations, and numerous accounts payable and accounts receivable reports.  With such a diverse owner mix, we usually customize our report formats.

 

Reporting Software

 

Huff Partners Asset Services will utilize the reporting software packages your company requires.  Housed on a central computer network with links to each property management office, our reporting software allows the on-site operations staff to control account transactions, input budget data, and update lease information.

 

It provides immediate and continuous access to all operating reports, such as rent roll, delinquency reports, statement of operations, and lease expirations.  The client pays for the hardware and ancillary equipment required to run the programs and can access the database via modem for their convenience.
