Rick Hopwood brings 30 years of real estate experience to
Huff Partners Asset Services. As President, Mr. Hopwood provides strong
local leadership and support to clients in Fort Worth and Tarrant County.
In addition, Mr. Hopwood is responsible for providing a full range of real
estate services including project leasing, general brokerage, development
and acquisition. During the last decade Mr. Hopwood has completed over 300
transactions totaling more than $285 million in leases and sales while
performing property management of large portfolios.
Experience
PM Realty Group
2004-2006
Vice President in charge of opening a Fort Worth office for
PM Realty Group, a national real estate services firm. PM manages over 140
million square feet across the country.
Red Oak Realty
2003-2004
Organized the property management and leasing groups for a
new development company as Senior Vice President. Also assisted in building
design and development for two medical office buildings.
NAI Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell
2001-2003
Joined NAI SHBM as Senior Director and Senior Vice President
of the management company. Placed in top ten producers in brokerage while
overseeing management personnel for 4 million square feet of various types
of commercial
properties.
Prentiss Properties Trust
1989-2001
Worked many assignments in property management and leasing.
Including Director of Northern California being responsible for a 5 million
square foot portfolio in the San Francisco Bay area. Also managed and
leased portfolios in Texas and Colorado including Burnett Plaza in Fort
Worth, Texas.
1977-1989
Developed office, retail and multi-family projects with two
firms in Houston and Arlington after several years in banking.
