Cost Reductions

Our software systems allow for the comprehensive accounting of all property expenses, strengthening our ability to monitor and contain costs.

 

Rents

Where applicable, all rents are collected and invoices processed at the property.  They are then reviewed by central accounting for appropriateness and contractual compliance.

Budget and Asset Management Plans
